Era doesn't have open roles. We're being honest about that instead of putting up a fake jobs page. But we are thinking about who we want to work with, and if that sounds like you, we'd like to know.
How we operate
Era runs lean. A small core team handles day-to-day work, and we bring on additional engineers project by project. There's no permanent payroll, no growth-for-its-own-sake hiring plan. When we open a full-time role, it'll be because there's real work that justifies a permanent seat — not before.
The kind of team we're building
People who care more about the user than the metric. People who would rather ship one careful thing than three rushed things. People who can disagree without being defensive, and who notice when a feature is making the product worse.
We won't be a large company. The goal isn't growth for its own sake — it's a small group of people who get to do their best work on products they're proud of.
